Blooming Lotus EM Soap creates a healthy, microbial ecology on the skin that promotes wellness while working to eliminate germs. Why handcrafted soap?
Blooming Lotus soap is made in small batches using an ancient method called the cold process. This method allows the glycerin to remain in the soap. Glycerin is a humectant, which draws moisture to the skin's surface.
Commercial detergent bars are stripped of their glycerin, which is then sold as a by-product. Many of these bars contain diethyl phthalate and other toxins that are absorbed through the skin and may cause harmful buildup over time. Blooming Lotus soaps are made with pure vegetable oils, essential oils, and distilled water. Herbs, organic and homegrown whenever possible, are utilized for their theraputic properies. All coloring comes from herbs, natural vegetable ingredients or pigments.
